Our Story
Broker, Mark Koert, began his real estate career after graduating from the University of South Florida. Mark follows in his mother’s footsteps as a real estate agent. Having learned about how to best serve home sellers and buyers from watching his mom’s successful career in Naples, FL, Mark knew he was destined to recreate her legacy in the Tampa Bay market. Mark first began to develop his own path in real estate with a prominent property management provider in Tampa Bay. Mark grew his expertise and network of investors and vendors for more than a decade before recruiting key team members to open Quartz Management. Mark continues to work with buyers and sellers of real estate while he and his team continue to develop a long list of investors and properties managed.
